Kootenai Creek Trailhead has adequate parking for both cars and trailers. It offers access to Kootenai Creek Trail #53 and the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. Facilities include a vault toilet, hitching rails and a stock ramp. From Stevensville, MT take the Stevensville cut-off road to Highway 93. Travel north 0.5 miles and turn west (left) onto Kootenai Creek Rd. Travel approximately 2 miles to the end and the trailhead.
