The Ice Cave Trail head is a small parking area adjacent to the Trail that leads to the Ice Cave Located approximately 1.5 miles off of UT 14. From Cedar City, Head East on UT 14 for 27 miles, Turn right onto FS 059 for 1 mile, Turn Right onto FS 1867. Destination is at the end of FS 1867.
