About this place
Northern trailhead for the Horse Creek Trail #1362 in the Drift Creek Wilderness. Horse Creek Trail can also be accessed from the Horse Creek South Trailhead. Travel 6.8 miles north of Waldport, Oregon on Highway 101 to Beaver Creek Road. On Beaver Creek Road travel 3.8 miles to Elk Horn Road 51. Turn right onto Elk Horn Road and travel 5.9 miles to Forest Road 50. On Forest Road 50 travel 1.4 miles turning right onto Forest Road 5087. On Forest Road 5087 travel 3.5 miles to the Horse Creek North Trailhead.
