Trailhead. Closed in higher elevations during winter. Hogan Pass Trailhead is located approximately 19 miles northeast of Loa, Utah. Head north on N Main St toward W 100 N St 0.6 miles. Turn right onto UT-72 N/E 500 N Continue to follow UT-72N 1.2 miles. Turn left to stay on UT-72 N 17.3 miles. The trailhead is at the beginning of FR212
