About this place
This trail offers a variety of scenery in its passage to the Continental Divide. The trail follows the creek with several beaver ponds located along the way. A small shelterhouse is located 6 miles up the trail. Backpackers should set up camp away from the trail and avoid camping near the stream to prevent damage to wetlands areas. If a campfire is necessary, keep the fire small and make sure it is fully extinguished before leaving camp. All trash must be packed out.
