Grassy Top Trailhead provides access to Grassy Top Trail #503. From Pass Creek Pass the trail follows the ridgeline to Grassy Top Mountain. Trail winds through subalpine fir and small open meadows. Parking is limited at the Trailhead. Limited parking at trailhead. From Metaline Falls, WA: Turn right onto WA-31 N/International Selkirk Loop N/Lehigh Ave continue for 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Sullivan Lake Rd (County Road 9345) continue for 4.8 miles. Turn left onto NF-22/Sullivan Creek Rd continue for 5.3 miles. Slight right at NF-2220 and continue on NF-22 continue for 6.9 miles. Trailhead is on the right. Limited parking, 0.25 miles from trailhead.
