Trailhead on National Forest land. From Silver City, travel west on US HIghway 180 approximately 13 miles to Mangas Valley Road. Turn west (left) and proceed 4.75 miles to Redrock Road. Turn right and proceed approximately 7 miles to Forest Ridge Road. Turn left and continue approximately 2.4 miles to the trailhead.
