About this place
This trailhead provides access to: East Fork Trail #3308, which enters Three Sisters Wilderness, and Echo Trail #3309. See Trail page for more information. From Blue River, OR, travel 4 miles east on Highway 126 and turn right onto Forest Road 19 (Aufderheide). Continue right at the Y junction for 3 miles to the top of Cougar Reservoir. At the reservoir, turn left across the dam onto Forest Road 1993 and drive 3 miles to East Fork, Lower Trailhead at the end of a parking lot on the northeast corner of the 1993 and 1994 Forest Road junctions.
