About this place
This trailhead provides access to the Cottonwood Loop Trail #128, Cougar Peak Trail #125, and the Cottonwood Creek Trail #127. The Cottonwood Trail System is open to all non-motorized trail users including hikers, mountain bikes, and equestrian riders. Amenities at the trailhead include corrals, and a parking area suitable for stock trailers. Dispersed camping is allowed. The Cottonwood Trailhead is part of the Cottonwood Recreation Area. A fee is charged.
