About this place
Cedar Flats Trail is an 112-acre old growth mixed forest. The trail is an easy one mile walk along the forest floor. Drive east on State Route 503 for 48 miles to the town of Cougar. Continue through town, and in 18 miles arrive at a junction with Forest Road 25. Continue straight on Forest Road 25. Drive another 3.6 miles to a paved shoulder where you can park on the right. The sign marking the entrance is difficult to see until parked.
