Small wilderness trailhead accesses a primative trail in the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness. From Almont, travel east on County Road 742 (Taylor Canyon Road) to Taylor Park Reservoir. Continue past the turn to Cottonwood Pass on Forest Road 742 to reach the Bowman Gulch Trailhead.
