Bear Creek Trailhead is located off KY 66 in Clay County and provides access the Redbird Crest Trail (#801). The challenging Redbird Crest Trail provides a nearly 100-mile loop trail that is developed for Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) riders, hikers, horseback riders and mountain bikers. The site has designated parking and loading area, visitor information and trash collection. A fee is charged. From Roark, head northwest on KY 406 toward Parkwood for 0.8 mi. Turn left onto KY 66 S, go .5 mi. Trailhead parking will be on the right.
