Barlow Trailhead is an OHV staging trailhead for summer and winter activities accessing the Bolam Pass Road. It is situated with easy access next to Highway 145 with a large parking area for off-loading OHV vehicles such as side-by-sides or snowmobiles. From Rico: Travel 6 miles north on Highway 145 at the entrance to the Barlow Creek Road (Forest Rd. 578). From Dolores: Travel 43 miles north on Highway 145 at the entrance to the Barlow Creek Road (Forest Rd. 578).
