About this place
Trailhead on National Forest land. A fee is charged. From I-90, take exit 47. Turn south at the first stop sign and then turn left on Forest Service Road 55. Drive about a quarter-mile to the large parking lot. The trail begins at the east end of the large parking lot, up the gravel road and to the left.
