About this place
This hike starts in aspens and soon turns into a pine/spruce forest with numerous meadows of wildflowers. There are nice views of the Raggeds to the south and high peaks to the north. It ends at the junction with the Arkansas Mountain trail. From here you can take the left fork to Carbonate Creek trail, or take the right fork to the Silver Creek Pass trail which also has magnificent views.
