Sundance Lake was built for fishing. Now, one of the most scenic spots on the forest, this 5.3 acre lake near Spurgeons Corner and Becks Grove in Brown County was constructed in 1992 through the cooperation of the Indiana B.A.S.S. Chapter Federation, Indiana Department of Natural Resources - Division of Fish and Wildlife, Soil Conservation Service, and the Forest Service. The partners wanted to expand fishing opportunities in that part of the forest. Camping is not allowed at this site but designted dispersed campsites are nearby. Contact the Bedford office for more information.
