About this place
This parking area provides 6 vehicle parking. Visitors must travel by foot half a mile to the pond area. From I-75, take Exit #320 (GA Hwy 136). Travel west on Ga Hwy 136 for 7 miles. At stop sign, turn right to stay on GA Hwy 136. Continue for another 7 miles to Pocket Road on the left. Turn left on Pocket Road and continue approximately 3.5 miles to a small parking lot with gated road. Park here, but do not block the gate. Walk the gravel road 1.5 miles to Pilcher Pond.
