Muskie Bend Fishing Site is located off of KY 801 and provides direct, shoreline fishing access to Cave Run Lake. The site also serves as the trailhead for nearby Muskie Bend Trail #1210. From I-64, take exit 133 (Farmers Sharkey) and go south on KY 801. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 1286 (Muskie Bend Road). From KY 801 in Farmers, go six miles then turn right onto Forest Service Road 1286 (Muskie Bend Road).
