About this place
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this day use area on Frenchman Lake is a popular fishing access point and picnic area, great for getting together with friends and family. It includes a parking area and vault toilet. A fee is charged. From Reno take highway 395 North to Halleluiah Junction. Head West on Highway 70 to Chilcoot. Head North on Highway284 to Frenchman Lake. Cross the dam and proceed past the campgrounds. The entrance is on the left.
