About this place
Big Bend Fishing Site is situated on the west shore of McPhee Reservoir west of the Town of Dolores and provides fishing access. When McPhee Reservoir is full, the lake water backs up to this site. There is a small parking area located at the site. Take State Highway 145 west of Dolores for 1.7 miles until the intersection with State Highway 184 and turn right (north) onto Hwy 184. Travel northwest on 184 for 0.5 miles. At the intersection with NFSR 515, turn right. Recreation site is 0.25 miles at the end of the road.
