About this place
Pierce Creek Campground access is dependent on river levels as you have to drive across a river bed to access the campground. This is a remote dispersed campground. There is access to the Fordyce OHV/jeep trail. 4 wheel drive and high clearance are necessary. From 89 N to 49 N: Drive 13 miles headed west to Bassett's Station. Turn right on Gold Lake Hwy. Continue for 1/2 mile to Packer Lake Road and turn left. Drive 2 1/2 miles to reach campground.
