6 campsites near Vaughan Lake. Vaughan Lake Campground is a small campground in the Dunckley Pass area, 31 miles northwest of Yampa. It is along Forest Highway 16, a portion of the Flat Tops Trail Scenic and Historic Byway. Facilities: Trash collection, restroom, picnic tables and fire grates. Drinking water is NOT available. The campground has 6 sites and a maximum spur length of 22 ft. A fee is charged. From Yampa, go 5 miles west on County Road 17, 26 miles west on County Road 132/ Forest Road 16.
