About this place
Generally, open May to November as weather and conditions allow. Thomas Canyon Trail begins at the campground, leading past several waterfalls, through an alpine meadow into a glacial cirque. A fee is charged. From Spring Creek Pkwy and NV-227, go for 5.4 miles, then right onto Lamoille Cyn Rd for 7.4 miles, campground is on the right.
