About this place

The Hoback Campground is situated along the designated Wild and Scenic Hoback River. This is a small but pretty campground that offers excellent fishing just a few minutes walk from your campsite. If you want to visit the hustle and bustle of the Snake River or Jackson but wish to camp where things are quiet this is a great place to stop and rest. A fee is charged. Starting from the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, head southwest on United States Highway 189 (US-189) for about 13 miles. At the roundabout in Hoback Junction, take the second exit to proceed on US-189 East (US-191 E) for 8 miles, where you will see signage for the Hoback Campground on the right.
