Green Canyons sits along scenic Salmon River nestled in old growth. ; There are several hiking trails nearby including those that take you to the surrounding Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness. Located in the canyon carved by the Wild and Scenic Salmon River. A fee is charged. Directions from Sandy, OR - Travel southeast on Highway 26 to Forest Road 2618 (about one mile past the town of Wemme). Follow 2618 south for approximately four miles to the campground.
