Giant Gap Campground is located on the north shore of Sugar Pine Reservoir, in the Tahoe National Forest. It is just 15 miles from Foresthill. Visitors enjoy the surrounding area for its fishing, canoeing, OHV and hiking opportunities. A fee is charged. From I-80:Take the Foresthill Road exit for 17 miles to the town of Foresthill. Continue on the road for 9 miles to Sugar Pine Road. Turn left and continue on Sugar Pine Road for 9 miles and take a right on the first road afeeter the Sugar Pine Recreation Area sign. Travel 1 1/2 miles to the campground.
