The byway cuts through the Uinta Mountains, which are known for their abundant recreational opportunities and scenic beauty. A fee is charged. From Evanston, Wyoming, take Highway 150 south for 32 miles. Turn east on Christmas Meadows Road and travel 4 miles to the end of the road and the campground.
