About this place
3,500-foot elevation 6 trailside group campsites for hikers, bicyclists or equestrian use. Closed to motor vehicles. Campsites are first come - first served. Campfire Permit is required, and may be obtained online or at any Forest Service office. From Redbox Picnic Area proceed on the Gabrielino trail for 0.7 miles to forest road 2N24. Head east on 2N24 2.2 miles to Valley Forge Trail Camp.
