About this place
Located at Swamp Wells, the horse camp offers access to three northbound trails and one southbound trail and is managed in partnership with OET Central Oregon Chapter. 4 miles south of Bend, take China Hat Road (18) 6 miles southeast to Bessie Butte, then 6 miles south on Forest Road 1810, and then 3 miles east on Forest Road 1816. Last mile of road is rough and may be difficult for larger trailers.
