Seasonal stream water (treat before using). However, water flow may be low or non-existent due to reduced rainfall. Please bring enough water for cooking, cleaning, drinking, and extinguishing campfires. Pack In-Pack Out. OHV: Located along Rincon-Shortcut OHV Route. Permit needed for use of this route. Equestrian: Hitching Rails Fees: Camping - Adventure Pass/America the Beautiful Pass Required. From interstate 210 and CA-39 drive 12.5 miles north on CA-39 to forest road 2N24 Rincon Redbox Road. Proceed for 12.8 miles on 2N24 for 2N31 Upper Clamshell Truck Trail. Turn left onto 2N31 and proceed 0.2 miles to Spring Camp campground.
