Directions, weather, and nearby services help you decide if this stop works tonight.
Granite Springs campground has four campsites with metal fire rings, but no tables. It is an excellent area to stop and spend the night as you're traveling the Magruder Corridor. OHV riding is popular along the Magruder Corridor and on other Forest Service roads in the area. The campground has an information board and a vault toilet, but visitors should plan to bring their own drinking water. From State Highway 14, turn south onto Red River-Dixie Road #222. Follow Road #222 past Red River Ranger Station (now closed) to its junction with Nezperce Trail Road #468. Turn east onto Road #468 and follow approximately 18 miles to the campground.
