Gooseneck Cove is one of four boat-access only campgrounds on Shasta lake. It is located on the upper Sacramento arm of Shasta Lake. Whether or not the access is difficult varies depends on the current lake levels, this is a Pack In, Pack Out campground. This is a boat access only campground located on the Sacramento Arm of Shasta Lake, closet USFS boat ramp is Antlers, with a $17/day launch fee.
